At Custom Clay, every piece is handmade with care and created especially for you. Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges based on change of mind or personal preference.
This helps us ensure every item is made specifically for each customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want you to feel confident shopping with us.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customclaycr@gmail.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include clear photos of:

The packaging
The shipping label
After reviewing your request, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of the handmade and personalized nature of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
* Custom or personalized orders
* Made-to-order items
* Sale items or gift cards
Please note that small variations in color, shape, and details are normal in handmade items and are not considered defects.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order (damage or error), we will work with you to provide the best possible solution.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
